    What happened to personal responsibility for one's actions?

          Absolutely, one person does not become a xenophobe over night, but I believe it has contributed to the encouragement of his expression and more attacks, further more, I don't believe that Brexit it's equal to xenophobia because a percentage of people voted Brexit for other reasons.

            I blamed in my first post, and I also blame the schools because in most of the cases they insisting in ignoring the signs and complaints. Outrageous.
