Ireland like the UK has control of it's borders.

The issue that once you get a visa for Ireland OR the UK you can in theory walk across the Northern Irish border into the other country.

Over half of the immigration into the UK comes from outside the EU, so leaving the EU will not change how we control the borders for them, will it?
We don't control who comes over from the EU as you well know. EU passport holders have a right to enter the UK unless we have a specific reason to stop them.

See? There you go again. Proposing that the Irish border being re-introduced would undoubtedly result in a resumption of the Troubles.

You really need to step back from placing these ridiculous caveats on every claim you make.

As if your claims were not speculative at best, you reduce their chances of being taken even remotely seriously by introducing wildly implausible add-ons.

Why do you feel the need to do this? Is it because you feel that, taken in isolation, the points you try and make are ostensibly so weak?

I think we should be told.

There are huge domestic issues, once the smoke screen of the EU has dissipated, the indivisible accountability of Westminster will be entirely transparent.
