    On-shore accounting models

I've received two emails from cwjobs, the most recent one marketing dynamicpartners that promise high take home pay and keep the money in UK, so no offshore stuff.

But it still sounds like a tax avoidance scheme of sorts as you take home 90% rather than the estimated 80% through limited company.

Essentially it sounds like a duck, quacks like a duck, but doesn't seem to be a duck. Anyone got similar marketing emails or are part of schemes that keep money in UK and take home 90%?

    Quack.

by all means go for it and see what happens some point down the track. But a simple sanity check might be to ask yourself why anybody pays any tax if it is so simple to arrange affairs such as it is effectively optional.

      I have a 100% retention scheme.

Just spend all the money and when HMRC come knocking tell them sorry and they'll let you off.

Its a duck they just need to pretend its something else. As I've stated before if you are greedy enough to fall for their tricks go for it. but don't expect sympathy when HMRC come a-calling..

I was surprised cwjobs would send such marketing adverts out. I think of cwjobs to be helpful in job hunt but was surprised at such offers of ltd company money retention schemes (despite being onshore which caught my eye).

I'm definitely not going for this as it's not the commonly accepted way for reducing tax liability and I'm not going to being a part of a few that which HMRC might come knocking in a few years when "**** hits the ceiling"

Phone them up and ask them how they manage to do this, then post it on here for giggles and head shaking.
