    I'm not sure why it not being law means it's out of date....? The links I gave above actually have another link embedded that then shows the updated law under s455. I linked to s419 to show it was nothing new.

    It's called Section 419 and then Section 455 because it refers to the Section of the relevant legislation (being the law) - Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 and then Corporation Tax Act 2010.
