      Have to say I was not aware they did a paid service like this but have just seen on the site they do so would say you can take what they said as a professional review. I don't think you need another opinion.

      I raised this as we do have odd comments about accountants dictating Ir35 status in passing comment rather than a charged service.

      Bit nervous about the statement below though. Surely the review is to see if you are in or out, not pass or fail, but that is a very minor gripe.

      we only charge if we feel you would pass IR35.
