New gig - same agency, same IT provider, different end client - IR35?

In December I just finished a 15 month gig at a large IB in Central London. The IB was the end client of a large IT supplier/service provider (name is 2 letters and your printer is probably made by them - not the sauce!), who contracted me through a recruitment firm.

Now the same recruitment agency and same large IT supplier/service provider have just placed me at a different end client of theirs (with a 1 month break) in a completely different role.

Any IR35 or other implications for going through same agent/large supplier? FWIW the role (PMO planner) is most probably outside in terms of MOO/D&C etc.

New contract, new role. Nothing special about going through the same agency and supplier - just get the contract reviewed for the normal IR35 things and bill away.

Only thing I can think of would be if the location was the same, even if the client was different, then watch for the 24 month rule.

1 month break is not enough for 15 months and City of London tends to be the geographic location so see if you can get your contract amended to end before the 24 months else you can't claim any of it.

Nothing wrong with IR35 I can think of here either.

        Thanks chaps.

This one is in Windsor so won't be any 24 month issues
