Can anyone point me in the direction of the tax complicatiosn surrounding company car hire? I've found lots of stuff about company car purchase and claiming mileage for your own personal car but nothing about just hiting one for £x/month.

Company car hire?

Just thinking out aloud but wouldn't this run in to most of all the other complications around lease, 2nd car, company car etc that will attract BIK and are just not worth doing? The fact you have a car sitting on the drive that is available for personal use will attract BIK and therfore not bring in the savings or benefits that were expected.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!
