    Tax Haven etc

    Currently I work via my own ltd company registered in England & have a UK VAT number.
    UK based Business account

    Are there any real benefits to be had & possibilities to trade via Jersey, IOM etc

    If so I'd like to hear of them please.

    Would it be possible to pay less corporation tax ? via a tax haven

    Would it be possible to reduce the about of NI & tax I pay as an individual ??
