My fiancée is going for her HSMP and I think we have just about everything in order paperwork wise. We were looking to use an immigration agent to manage the entire application, however their fee structure is very significantly more expensive because we use a LTD company over that if my fiancée were just PAYE. I queried our accounts about this to see if we could get the LTD company to pay for the immigration agents expenses, however they say this can't be done as it is a personal expense.
Just wondered if anyone had faced this situation before, and if so how did they approach it? At the moment we are thinking about dumping the idea of using an immigration agent as the cost difference between being PAYE and LTD is prohibitive when (according to our accountants) you can't get the LTD company to shoulder any of the costs.
