    Secretary and accountant?

    My (silent) company secretary happens to be a full time accountant.
    Is there anything unethical or illegal if I changed my accountant from the one I have now and use the one my secretary works for?

    I would obviously save on accountancy fees to a certain extent. Any other issues I am missing?
