Can you run a ltd if your contract falls within IR35? Mine is currently outside (in my view) but who knows in the future? Is it viable with a mixture of 3 month contracts some in some out?

ltd inside IR35?
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson -
Yes. I'd guess the vast majority of people working for Ltd would classes as within IR35 if it applied to them! -
YES - and you would probably be better off. The company can benefit from the VAT Flat Rate scheme, you can claim expenses, earn interest on the account, and the fees should be lower than with a brolly etc. Also 5% of income would not be subject to PAYE & NIC.Originally posted by gingerjediCan you run a ltd if your contract falls within IR35?
