    Sh1t!!!

I had a LTD for 10 yrs and got fed up with all the paperwork etc. My accountant wasnt the best either and filed forms late etc which accrued fines that i had to pay. The composite took a lot of hassle out of getting paid a decent amount and not having to worry about the tax and vat bills at the end of the yr/qtr and wondering how much i would be left with at the end.

I dissolved the LTD last yr and went brolly but now i suppose ill be back to LTD hell. I'll ring the brolly and quote the above 1st though to see what they have to say about it.

    Thanks

Go through an accountant that is used to dealing with contractors. The usual names crop up on here all the time.

There is very little for you to do yourself. Most of these accountants say that your effort will be about 15 minutes a month but I don't think that I spend that long on it.
