Notification for HSBC Business banking / other bank recommendations

Anyone has HSBC Business Account, I have push notifications activated in the app but never get any notifications for incoming payments / insufficient funds etc ?
Help refers to some 'Notification settings' option which is nowhere to be found either in the app of internet banking, tried to ask in online chat to no avail.

Think it might be the time to finally move from HSBC, are there any banks that fulfil these criteria:

- ideally free or low predictable fee structure
- FreeAgent included
- high payment limits for SIPP / Dividends
- no or low charges for incoming GBP transfers from overseas
- option to receive payments in USD/EUR, although I may use Wise for that anyway for better exchange rate
- generally problem free / reachable customer services

What app is rather germane...

Used HSBC for many years, never had a problem, Freeagent notifies me of anything that needs approval and when the bank feeds need re-authorising. The account isn't really busy these days, but I do monitor it on a twice daily basis. "Insufficient funds" is not a feature I've ever needed...

Notifications are enabled both in the app and the phone settings.
