Independent IFA - SIPP investments review

I’m looking for some financial advice on my SIPP investments and I’m after somebody who will offer paid advice without me actually buying any products from them. I note that HL offer this service but my platform (II) doesn’t seem to offer this service though I guess there’s nothing to stop me from signing up. Anyone else used this offering from HL or have any other recommendation?
