do you mean your own ltd company will be registered in the US?
surely not.
So in fact, you will be creating a UK LTD company (or working through a UK umbrella company), and invoicing the UK subsidiary of a US company. In fact, I don't think you need to do anything different from working as a contracting, and contracting your services to UK clients.
It would get trickier if your US-based clients have no UK subsidiary you can invoice. If you need to invoice in the US, maybe talk to an accountant to get it right.
