    Hi

    is it possible at all To claim business expenses for past years after Return is filed ? And if so how far back can one go ?

    you can claim the personal expenses from your CO to you just fine. But I'd avoid going back into past personal tax years.
    I'd also not bother putting them against previous years company accounts, especially where VAT is involved.
    It is theoretically possible to alter the last years accounts, but for my mind that's just raising attention to my CO that I'd rather not have.

    Really you should just plan a little bit better.... And don't close your accounts till you've finished accounting....
