The OP solution is simple really.

Get an accountant and tell him you want everything (minus his fee of course) paid out each month via PAYE. This way you will pay the 'proper' tax on it.

He will of course look at you as if you are a tw@t but thats okay as he won't be far from the truth.

Incidentally why are the other methods of payment you decsribe 'not proper' as when I last checked they were all allowable under HMRC rules.

You don't know how other people operate and we don't know how you operate so swinging statements about all contractors are IR35 are just plain stupid.
