    Cross post - legitimate ways of mitigating the 2018/19 loan tax charge

    For those not familiar with the new charge, it treats all disguised remuneration loans as taxable income in the 2018/19 tax year.

        It’s also wrong but I can’t be arsed to correct it in 2 places. Webberg is doing a decent job of pointing out the flaws In the other thread
