    Does this sound like Mooooooooo ?

    In the event that the Supplier requires the Authorised Personnel to provide Services for longer than the Term, the Contractor Company will use its reasonable endeavours to procure that the Authorised Personnel is made available to the Customer on the same fee basis as set out in this Agreement
    Supplier = One of the middle agencies
    Authorised Personnel = Me intially or whoever my substitute ends up being
    Contractor Company = My Ltd
    Customer = End client

    I've not signed the contract yet, but thought this sounded like MOO.

    Or does the fact is says "reasonable endeavours" prevent it from being MOO?

    Thanks

    Get it QDOS or one of the other specialists and have it professionaly reviewed I'd say.
