Hi Kristen,
Why don't you arrange for an Accountant to help with the setup of your Ltd Company and then the ongoing support to help with ensuring everything is setup correctly etc.Leave a comment:

Forming a company - shares, etc
Hi guys,
I had a search through the forum to no avail. I was just wondering what kind of shares are best for a one man band ltd company? On the ltd company set up website there are:
Ordinary, preference, deferred ordinary, deferred, redeemable, redeemable preference, A ordinary, B Ordinary and C ordinary.
Do most people just go with Ordinary or A ordinary? I'm planning on just having 1 share. Also what is the aggregate nominal value? Can i just put 1 there?
Thanks guys!Last edited by kristen330; 24 April 2017, 09:51.
