    agency fees haven't gone and the government has gone very quiet and not even announced a date for the consultation to start. will be pretty shocking if they now quietly drop this after announcing it to great fanfare.

      Wow - I'd assumed it was all law now - I thin the worst one I paid in terms of tulip value was £35 for a credit check (£70 as the wife had a key). On top of the 'admin' fees.
