GIANT, Problem Getting them to issue P45

I have just recently left Giant, they were ok with me, some minor niggles but on the whole ok. Set up my own Ltd company after reading the many posts on here.. best thing i've done.

I got my P45 from Giant but it had the wrong figures on, i was on a W1 weekly basis so the figure i had earnt in my time with them was WAY out.. how will this affect things? Will it get sorted at some point down the line? (already fired off question to my accountant, just wondering what you guys think)

Just checked my taxcode on my GIANT pay slips and its wrong, defo explains the 'it must have gone missing in post !!!!'

Anyone else using GIANT might be worth checking you not on last years tax code.
