I've based it on your forum posts, as fortunately that's all I know.
There have been been number of subjective post RE the way PC LTD run their business affairs. In the event of an HMRC investigation these would need to to resolved.
Therefore my comment regarding HMRC having plenty plenty to look at is a fair one.

Erm, I could be mistaken but from what I can see in this thread YOU were the one that brought JSA up (again) and YOU are the one that has it in their sig. You can't moan and say you are losing the will to live about it and then keep bringing it up. Either stop mentioning it and change your sig or reap what you sow and be happy about it.

I'm not sure anyone said that or if they did they didn't mean it just on its own. It's 1k vs the risk of costing many more K and hassle. In that context it's only 1k. If that makes sense.
