Well he'll certainly be out by now.
I've been keeping an eye out for the name on DDG. It looks like he's beginning to surface, doesn't it.

"This is absolute rubbish! If a contractor has obtained professional opinion (from people who actually know what they're talking about) then this will be sufficient evidence for public sector departments to rely upon.
At best this is just scare tactics put out by the government. IR35 professionals and contractor accountants have been defeating this ridiculous piece of legislation for years and will continue to do so.
