My current agency has offered a loyalty reward scheme whereby you receive financial bonuses after 6 months of service for number of days worked in the month. I am concerned that this may implicate my IR35 status - anyone come accross anything like this before?

If this is the agency (not the client) offering it I wouldn't have thought it would affect your IR35 status but probably means you're getting stiffed on your rate.Originally posted by lynz_7My current agency has offered a loyalty reward scheme whereby you receive financial bonuses after 6 months of service for number of days worked in the month.
