    Renting and contracting

    Hi,

I'm about to start contracting next month (limited co)

I was wondering how does it work in terms of getting a new rented property?(for living not for business)
Job references and proof of income are usually required but I'm not sure how to go about it.

    Please advise

Well if you want one now you are so new in to it then just use your old income and role.

In the future just put down you are a director and you approx income for the year. Whatever it is it's going to be more than enough to satisfy them. It's just a basic check, nothing too complex or indepth.
