    Hi
    I would like to know if a contractor can contract via PAYE but on a day rate. so same principles as a ltd contractor i.e day rate no holidays etc but only that the company who hires pays the vat tax and ni.

    also whats the differenmce between sole trader and ltd company please?

      Yes, they can - you'd be an employee on a zero hours contract who then gets paid when they work. VAT wouldn't apply anywhere, though.
