Can you swap or are you on an agency PSL or something? Do they allow full pension payments if you wish or capped to the minimum?

What benefits are there to keep you there particularly? Time to jump ship?

PS. There is an Umbrella Section of the forums for these questions. I am sure a MOD will do the needful shortly.

    Not getting a happy picture.

8 more companies under different companies house entries for Jeremy Clark but the same address.

Dark Blue Solutions has an active proposal to strike off, which looks like it was voluntary but there was an objection and that has been suspended and the accounts are overdue.

Ethos Solutions Limited of which Jeremy Clark is also a director (used to be in Canterbury) but is now in liquidation...

I received a spam email from them yesterday asking if I was using loans, saying they have a solution. I can't copy and paste it all as a lot of pictures but they say this:

As one of the UK’s leading contractor tax specialists, we provide contractor payment solutions that offer outstanding financial returns for contractors who seek to maximise their current earnings in a legal and compliant manner. Whether you are employed, self-employed or work through a limited company, we have a 100% HMRC compliant solution for you

    We Don’t Use Loans

We regularly consult leading tax counsel to provide you with the most up-to-date and robust solution to efficiently manage
    your income.

We can help with outstanding loans?

If you are currently using a loan based tax solution or have used one in the past you will have an outstanding loan book. HMRC have announced that in 2019 these outstanding loans will be subject to what is effectively a brand new tax.

Don’t worry! We have a solution that can close down your loan books.

    In-house Tax Experts

Our team of experienced tax professionals and law experts continuously monitor and review legislation, to ensure our services are in line with current legislation.

    Prompt Payments

We do not hold on to your money. As soon as we receive your payments, they are released straight away to ensure you're paid on time.

They then link this at the bottom:

    <mod snip>

So you may want to try them as they'll be hoping for people responding to their spam email.

Let us know how you get on.

    Hello Cojak

Apologies for putting the details in there, my reason for doing so was to allow the original poster to contact them regards his money.

In our view you are right to be concerned, Mr Clark looks like a very busy fellow, quite a long list of current and former companies as can be seen on Companies House here.

As other have said Dark Blue Solutions Ltd appears to be in trouble, the accounts filing is late as is the annual return. Last accounts filed for December 2014 show a negative net worth of -19k.

We suspect that the company is dead in the water at this point and exists only as an entry on the register of companies. We would be very surprised if the company retains any funds or assets.

We do note the existence of two other "Dark Blue" companies, Dark Blue Umbrella Ltd (Company number 09525179 incorporated April 15) and Dark Blue Consulting LLP (company number OC379335 incorporated October 12).

Is it definitely Dark Blue Solutions Ltd that you are under? Is it possible you could have been transferred to one of the other companies without your knowledge or agreement?

I might have allowed that had you no included the 100% HMRC compliant solution bit as well.
