      Unfortunately jkgom, if you are caught or told you are "inside IR35" you are going to see very little difference at all between Ltd and Umbrella, best advice we can give at the moment, and this is obviously dependent on your circumstances, is to make pension contributions to reduce your taxable salary, that way you gain NI and tax reductions if it is made via salary sacrifice. Worth a thought
