      I know of a few agencies that don't/didn't like dealing with the dodgy IoM offshore loan scheme types. I can understand that but I don't get how any agency can force you to use a particular brolly. It's your risk at the end of the day, not theirs. I have always assumed that it's due to back handers.

        Under the Offshore and Onshore Intermediary Rules there is a transfer of debt provision to Intermediary One (agency closest to the client.) So the risk is very clearly theirs as well. In my experience few MSPs have actually taken this on board.
