  1. Easy Way To Upload Image Files?

Anyone out there know the easiest way to upload an image file from a form to a website, preferably using ASP? I don't really want to pay for a script or component and so far, the free examples I have seen on the next don't appear to work. Thanks in advance for any advice.

  20. Data Protection Act question....

My own hazy and v old understanding of the basics of the DPA was that you had to register and comply with the act if you kept persons records on computer. Is that correct and STILL the case? Or: do you only have to worry about the DPA if you sell details on to other parties? I need this...
