Need a runtime WPF forms designer

And can only find one for windows forms.

Any ideas? I just need a basic runtime form designer for WPF, with toolbox and properties box. I need to be able to get at the XAML producted programmatically so I can persist it to a database.

Should plug into .Net 4.

OK so a winforms one will do. The one from Greatis looks ok but in reality just crashes my IDE (.Net 2010)
