Default CUK -vs- Google Chrome

Anybody else using Chrome?

It seems that Chrome on my laptop isn't remembering my "last visited" position. So when I click on "Go to newest post in thread" to see what has happened since I last visited I get some point in the past.

For instance the TBD thread always takes me back to Sept 4th ???

If anyone has any idea's, much appreciated. Or an explanation of how CUK remembers this (is it a local cookie, or on the CUK DB) ?

Because it sucks?

Roll on IE8 - for the first time in years, Microsoft will actually be giving their users a decent browser

Because while I like IE and have no real beef with it, it's just not as usable as firefox.
