We got a super cheap last minute hotel this year on someone's suggestion.

Counting house was good in terms of location. We had the Club Room, which comfortably does 10-12. We had 20 turn up...
You could see if you could get a group deal on the same hotel for this year.

If it was the new Premier Inn, it was my suggestion

I've booked a studio near Euston for £144 for two nights now, so even if I don't make it to the party, I'll probably make it to London.

        Friday December 11th 2015.

Venue, attendees etc. to be confirmed much nearer the time, but I'm booking my cancellable hotel room now to avoid the usual "I can't get a cheap hotel" palaver nearer the time.

I can always back out (a la certain other posters) that afternoon

Get the date in the diary, boys and girls.

Damn! Washing my hair that night.

Premier inn, Aldgate only £69 if you book now!

London Aldgate Hotel | City Of London | Premier Inn

A few of us stayed there last year - it was quiet, clean and very comfortable (although was brand new then!)
