What's wrong with this country part #23541435

BBC News - Morrisons suspends worker over Help for Heroes wristband

A Morrisons supermarket employee has been suspended for choosing to wear a poppy pin badge and wristband supporting Help For Heroes.
So instead of reading the actual story which say's that in area's where food preparation take part they have to remove items, as well as jewelry etc there is a crescendo of back lash from keyboard warrior morons!

Sometimes I think that internet access to all is NOT a right!

    Damn right...

A disciplinary letter from the firm said the employee from Buckland, Portsmouth, was first asked to remove the poppy pin on his name badge, but refused to.

He was then spoken to by another member of staff who said he had breached the dress code but the employee put on a Help For Heroes wristband and kept the pin on.
This bit alone should have gotten them their marching orders, refusing a request and then being pig headed enough to put the band on AFTER he had been told is just an act of defiance. That attitude alone should them walking.

And for the people wailing about how hard done to this person is..... These people are allowed to vote as well

Reading in a different article Louise Mensch has waded in twittering to boycott the supermarket as well. Ignorance and stupidity isn't just for the common people it seems.

It's just PC gone over the top, to think it doesn't make commonsense.
Yes commonsense, one word, that's a good solid word. Aye. PC gone mad.
