There doesn't seem to be a whole load of info on their website although they do refer to 'maximising your income' - if they are a proper umbrella company they will operate PAYE which cannot 'maximise your income' as all rates, allowances, deductions and allowable expenses are determined by HMR&C and not the umbrella company. If they are operating any other sort of scheme you should ask for full details and thoroughly investigate it before joining. The BN66 threads in accounting and legal will give you an idea of what can happen when HMR&C take umbridge to a tax avoidance scheme.
