    Can i get a format of IR35 friendly/unfriendly @#%$

    Can I get a format of IR35 friendly/unfriendly contract for a software developer ?
I'll start with my existing employer asking them to change my job from permie to contractor with IR35 opt out. And in that case i need to see what constitue to be a IR35 out contract.

    cheers

I wish you the very best of luck with that approach.

I suspect the IR would think you are taking the piss.

Whay you are attempting to do is exactly what IR35 is aimed at.

i.e. Leave company A as permie on Friday. Start at company A as contractor on Monday.

I think most here will agree with zietghost !

This is a real no no. Normally in my opinion everyone should try and declare themselves as non IR35, with reasonable justification the worst you would then expect would be back tax, but I´m afraid this sounds like blatant tax evasion. I´m surprised the company is doing this.

These are just our opinions though, I would talk to an accountant or lawyer about it as there may be special circumstances we´re not aware of.
