    NixonWilliams contact email for complaint?

    Hello,

    Can anyone advise how I can lodge a complaint with NixonWilliams management?

    I can only find a contact email address for New Business on their website, and I am not receiving a satisfactory response to a number of outstanding issues from my own accountant.

    I had a quick look and also could only find the new business email as well as the info@ address.

    You could start by contacting your primary contact and then escalating.

    If you are really unhappy then might it be time to consider alternatives

        I have been with Nixon Williams for a number of years but have been disappointed myself with the response times of late. Noticing emails are not responded to for at least two working days now. Not a big deal, and assume they are getting busier, but I used to get replies on the same day.

          2 working days to reply to an email?? That is just unacceptable. Accountant will have too many clients to look after - that is what causes those sorts of delays
          P.S. What Spreadsheet? Revolutionising the contracting market again.

            if only there were an alternative where OP could get better service AND pay less per month, alas I can't think of any

              I'm with NW and they are brilliant. Approx a day to reply but they ALWAYS reply. Perfectlly happy with the service.
