Hi Jim,
I wouldn't let location put you off, in today's day and age we find that majority of clients would rather email, call or arrange a Skype session.
That said if you are adamant on locality and looking to meet up frequently, then I was going to suggest that Alan's office is up that way!Comment

I agree with Michael, in these days all the work is easily done and communicated online. Though, we still like to have an initial face to face meeting with our clients if possible but we also have clients we have never met who are living or working overseas or are not based near our offices.Comment
