Genpact ??

I am in the process of potentially going Perm and have been interviewing with a consultancy called Genpact (contract market is so dire and been out of work for nearly 5 months so looking at Perm route).

Anyone worked with Genpact before? If so what are they like to work for?

I heard about them the other day. They're into automation. I saw a Zurich role with them.
No personal experience but an old colleague who I trust said they are cr***y.
