    Contractor Umbrella - any good?

This is my first post, so apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I'm a contract Scrum Master and I've been hit by the IR35 iceberg post-April 6th. My contract has been renewed but I've been told that I'm going to be deemed inside (irrespective of ESS result).

I'm considering using a brolly and wondered if anyone has any comments on Contractor-Umbrella?

Also, if anyone knows of any contracts going for a good SM please let me know!

    Thanks.

On here they are generally very well regarded Lucy (see above) posts regularly about Brolly related issues and offers advice on the forums for people who are unsure about how Umbrella companies work etc. They are also behind AUCAE which is an excellent resource for checking out potential Brolly companies before using them.

If you PM Lucy I'm sure she'd be happy to help.

You could recommend CU and claim the referral fee

They don't pay referrals and you really don't want to piss Lucy off.

Am sure that would have been discussed before on the forum but never seen anything but positive feedback. How much reassurance do you want ??
