    Guidance for Public Authorities makes for interesting reading!

    So looking further into the guidance released on IR35, it is interesting to look at the notes the government bodies have been issued with...

    The payroll team note that the worker will not be:
    entitled to statutory payments
    subject to student loan deductions
    enrolled in to our pension scheme


    So in essence (as we probably all gathered) they push contractors into employment for tax purposes but without the employment benefits! So PSC contractors are penalised even further over the brolly contractor...
