Client ANPR cannot read my number plate. New one as an expense?

So my new clients site ANPR cannot read my number plate properly causing delays coming on to site in a morning which is a tad embarrassing as it's very busy. I am assuming the fact the change is wholly and exclusively for the purpose of getting on my clients site it's a valid expense?

Depends, why isn't it being read, if it's because you've done something twuntish like trying to make it look like another letter or number, or the German style font then no, you can't and you should be ashamed of yourself for ever doing so in the first place!

If you get here before 8:30 the barriers are left up and it doesn't matter.

Well I've three options. I buy W4 NKER to send a message to the ANPR team, although this may backfire for obvious reasons, be really helpful and get the company to buy A1 so ANPR has no problems or just get a proper one from DVLA.

Well according to the nice letter the local council down here sent me last week regarding alleged jaunt down a bus lane, other ANPR's can pick it out without a problem
