I've been applying for many jobs now and i've noticed a weird trend where the agent says before I can put you forward for the roll the end client wants me to write a 500 word essay about why I think i'm good for the roll and a 1000 word report showing technical problems and how you over come them. And Lastly write a Powershell script to show your skills. And this is BEFORE they will even submit your C.V !

If it helps them to pick the Crème de la Crème, don't see why not.
Just make sure your spellings are right on the essayComment
