Contract template for piece of software development

Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody knows of a standard template for a software development agreement. Just something simple for a very short-term piece of work with deliverables. Before you suggest IPSE, I stopped that membership soon after they stopped being PSG and instead am just going for the insurance package from Qdos....

QDOS have contract templates on their site - which may or may not meet your needs.

Do you need a full blown contract? A PO with Ts&Cs might suffice.
