HMRC chief executive Lin Homer to quit amid criticism from MPs - Telegraph

    What a track record.
CEO at Birmingham Council - vote-rigging scandal
Immigration and Nationality Directorate - 1,000 foreign criminals accidentally released
Head of UK Border Agency - Hundreds of foreign prisoners told they could stay in Britain
Permanent Secretary to Department for Transport - cost the taxpayer £100m with the Westcoast Mainline franchise fiasco
Chief Executive at HMRC - £1.9b overstatement of extra revenue, missing out on £16b revenues from tax evaders/avoiders
The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't exist

To put that into any realistic perspective, she should be elevated into a higher role.

Or they could get a competent person in who understands the difference between contractors and disguised employees and uses two small hammers to crack the two different nuts of employers avoiding NICS and contractors running their limited companies in the most tax efficient way possible.

Speak for yourself, mate. That's the problem with dodgy people, they think everyone else is like them.
