What do you think of this??

    Hi All,

Well i have been a visitor to this site for ages - and thought it was about time I partook of the action!!

What does everyone think of this?

"Ex-Employee of P4 spilles the beans
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
They actually hold back 10% for holiday pay and their charges are 6% 8% 10% "whatever you can get away with " as I was told when I joined.Another point they were charging Their percentage rate on reimbursed client expenses I informed them of this but they never reimbursed anyone.

So if you know anyone who works for them or has worked for them spread the word get out your old payslips and get on the phone.

If any one has problems with P4 who want some advice from someone in the know you can join my forum so spread the word.

    groups.msn.com/Prosperity...uth/invite "

I think it's FANTASTIC - someone is speaking up and giving us all an incite into what goes on... It does make me feel sick and am debating whether to look more into my brolly!

FFS run your own ltd company. Disguised employees are hated by the government AND these rip-off umbrella wotsits.

I guess it's getting the initial guts together to make the move really - though think I would sleep better at night
Need to look into it really - though it is sounding better by the day!!
Take it you have your own??

Its not really that hard a move to make plus the cost of setting up your own company is a lot less than the monthly fee's you will be paying brolly's.

Yes but with a brolly you can claim all those wonderful expenses and not have to worry coz the brolly's got a dispensation

Don't know which brolly you have been using Mr Posty but I only pay £55 a month - seems reasonable enough to me

Okay at the risk of resurrecting an old well visited issue ....

the fact that the brolly has a dispensation from reporting expenses paid out does not safeguard the taxpayer ... that's you ... from paying tax on those expenses. If you are required to complete a tax return you have to declare those expenses paid to you under the dispensation and be prepared to justify them!! The dispensation only safeguards the brolly and they have to comply with IR regs or they will lose the dispensation.
