Can you let us know whether you work through a recruitment agency or directly with an end client?
Can you confirm whether your daily/hourly rate has decreased or whether your colleagues earnings have increased?
Do you have a contract of employment with your umbrella company?
More than happy to try and help but can you please let us have some more informationComment
