UK AGENCY payroll and working in Paris with french company as resident

    Hi,

Actually, I have UK agency for contract role with my Ltd companies (UK & France) and I have to work as contractor with French company in Paris as resident because Im living in Paris.

What' the best solution to adopt for income and tax:

    1. Payroll in pounds by UK agency to my UK Ltd company based in London,

    2. Payroll in euros by UK agency to my french Ltd company based in Paris.

Thanks for your help and hearing your comments

    regards,
    Christophe

In this case you should get payed into your French company, and tax in France. As a general rule it's where you work that determines where you're taxed, particularly when it is a French company. In this case the fact that it is a UK based agency has little relevance.
    I'm alright Jack

      company's turnover

Thank you for your response. Concerning my company's turnover, it will be exclusively the turnover of the UK LTD company or not?

If you're working and living in France, payment into your French LTD would be better, surely?

As BlasterBates says, this is work in France by a French resident for a French client, sourced by a UK agent.

I'd be asking my accountant - that's what they're paid for
