          25 minutes queuing up in the bank to withdraw cash. 25 minutes! There were only 2 people infront of me. I can only assume that automation of the easy jobs leaves the non standard cases to clog up the counters, but that doesn't explain the length of time it took them to cash an old ladies cheque.
